According to Newton's law of gravitation, the force between two spheres is given by
$F_{grav .}=\frac{G m M}{r^{2}}$
The gravitational force is a force that attracts any two objects with mass. We call the gravitational force attractive because it always tries to pull masses together, it never pushes them apart.The gravitational force does not depend on the nature of medium between two spheres.
Since Gravitational force between two masses does not depend on medium, it will remain same.
