Solution:

The two oscillators starts simultaneously in same phase, but after every $50$ oscillations they get out of phase or half oscillation.
Thus after $100$ oscillations, the phase difference between the oscillators is equal to $2 \pi$ i.e after $100$ oscillations the two oscillators differ by $1$ oscillation.
Hence percentage difference in frequencies is equal to $1 \%$.
