Solution:

In circuit 2 both the diodes are forward biased and in circuit 3 both the diodes are reverse biased.
When in forward bias both diodes will offer zero resistance(ideally) hence potential drop across it will be minimum & equal for both diodes but when both diodes are in reversed bias they will offer high resistance & hence potential drop will be maximum & equal for both.
