From the relation, $ \overline{KE}=\frac{3}{2}kT $ $ \Rightarrow $ $ \frac{{{(\overline{KE})}_{1}}}{{{(\overline{KE})}_{2}}}=\frac{{{T}_{1}}}{{{T}_{2}}} $ Given : $ {{T}_{1}}=300K,\, $ $ {{T}_{2}}=350K $ $ \Rightarrow $ $ \frac{{{(\overline{KE})}_{1}}}{{{(\overline{KE})}_{2}}}=\frac{300}{350}=\frac{6}{7} $
