Net $\vec{E}$ in $y$ direction gets cancelled
Field in $x$ direction is given by:
$E _{ x } =\left(\frac{ k \times 10^{-9}}{\left(5 \times 10^{-2}\right)^{2}} \times \cos 60^{0}\right) \times 2$
$=\frac{9 \times 10^{9} \times 10^{-9}}{25 \times 10^{-4}} \times \frac{1}{2} \times 2$
$E _{ x }=3600 \,N / C$
