Solution:

Length of arc , $l = r \theta$
$\therefore \, \frac{r_{1}}{r_{2}}=\frac{l/\theta_{1} }{l / \theta_{2}} =\frac{\theta_{2}}{\theta_{1}}$
$=\frac{75}{25}$
$=\frac{3}{1}$
