Solution:

Moist $NH_3$ is dried over quick lime $(CaO)$. lt cannot be dried over cone. $H_2SO_4$ or $P_2O_5$ because being basic it forms Salts with them. Anhydrous $CaCl_2$ also cannot be used because it forms a complex $CaCl_2.8NH_3$ with ammonia.
