we know that internal resistance when cell are parallel $r _{ eq }=\frac{ r }{ n }$
$I \propto \frac{1}{ r }$
Cells are joined in parallel when internal resistance is higher then a external resistance. $( R << r )$
$i =\frac{ E }{ R +\frac{ r }{ n }}$
