Solution:

For $A: T-2 g=2 a \ldots$ (i)
$\text { For } B: T_{1}+2 g-T=2 a \,\,\,\, \ldots { (ii) }$
For $C: 2 g-T_{1}=2 a \ldots (iii)$
Adding eqn. $(i)$ and $(ii),$ we get
$T_{1}=4 a$
From eqns. $(iii)$ and $(iv)$ ,
$2 g-4 a=2 a$
or $ a=\frac{g}{3}$
From eqns. $(iv)$ and $(v)$,
$T_{1}=4 \times \frac{9.8}{3} \approx 13 N$
