Solution:

For bulbs, Power, $P=\frac{V^{2}}{R}$
$R \Rightarrow R \propto \frac{1}{P}$, Assuming same voltage source
Hence, bulb with least power has highest resistance
i.e., $100 W$ bulb filament has high resistance.
