Solution:

$V \propto T$
$\Rightarrow \, \, \frac{V_{1}}{V_{2}}=\frac{T_{1}}{T_{2}}$
$\Rightarrow \, \, \frac{200}{V_{2}}=\frac{\left(273 + 20\right)}{\left(273 - 20\right)}=\frac{293}{253}$
$\Rightarrow \, \, \, V_{2}=\frac{200 \times 253}{293}=172.6 \, ml$
