Height = area under v -t graph
So, weight $=\frac{1}{2} \times 30 \times 3-\frac{1}{2} \times 10 \times 1 $
$=\frac{1}{2} \times 90-\frac{1}{2} \times 10 $
$=45-5=40\, m$
