The velocity of light in vacuum is given by
$c=\frac{1}{\sqrt{\mu_{0} \varepsilon_{0}}}$
where $\mu_{0}$ and $\varepsilon_{0}$ are respectively the absolute permeability and absolute permittivity of free space.
