$V _{ B }=\frac{- KQ }{ a }+\frac{ KQ }{\sqrt{ a ^{2}+ s ^{2}}}$
$V _{ A }- V _{ B }=\frac{2 KQ }{ a }-\frac{2 KQ }{\sqrt{ a ^{2}+ s ^{2}}}$
