Artificial passive immunity:
It results by transfer of antibodies produced in the body of one individual into the body of another individual through injection.
In this immunity, serum of animal for example, antibodies obtained from hyperimmunized horses are injected into humans against rabies pathogen. Antibodies used for controlling tetanus and diphtheria used to be cultured in horses and injected into humans e.g. ATS against tetanus, antivenom against snake bite.
