Solution:

$ |C{{u}^{II}}(N{{H}_{3}})||P{{t}^{II}}C{{l}_{4}}| $ shows $ |Cu(N{{H}_{3}})Cl||PtC{{l}_{3}}N{{H}_{3}}|, $ $ |Cu(N{{H}_{3}})C{{l}_{3}}||Pt{{(NH)}_{3}}Cl| $ and $ |CuC{{l}_{4}}||Pt{{(N{{H}_{3}})}_{4}}| $ .Other isomers such as $ |Cu{{(N{{H}_{3}})}_{2}}C{{l}_{2}}||Pt{{(N{{H}_{3}})}_{2}}C{{l}_{2}}| $ does not exist due to both parts being neutral.
