Q. The term anomers of glucose refers to:

Biomolecules

Solution:

Anomers are cyclic monosaccharides or glycosides that are epimers i.e. differing from each other in the configuration of $C -1$, if they are aldoses, or in the configuration at $C -2$, if they are ketoses. Since glucose is an aldose, anomer of glucose refers to isomers of glucose that differ in configuration at carbon one $(C-1)$.
