Solution:
Volume $=$ Area $\times$ length
$3= Al$

Resistance $R =\rho \frac{1}{ A }$

$1^{2}=\frac{9}{\rho}$
$\Rightarrow 1=\frac{3}{\sqrt{\rho}}$
