Solution:

$50 = 10 log (\frac {I}{I_o})$
$Also \,L \,= 10\, log$ $\left(\frac{10^{4}I}{I_{o}}\right)$
$\therefore L \,- \,50 = 10log(10^4) = 40$
$L \,= \,90 \,dB$
