Relation between threshold frequency - $\left(v_{0}\right)$ and potential $V_{0}$ is
$e V_{0}=h v_{0}-\phi$
So, $V_{0}=\frac{h}{e}\left(v_{0}\right)-\frac{\phi}{e}$
Hence, slope of the graph is $\frac{h}{e}$
