$ \Rightarrow $ $ |x|\ge 3 $ and $ |x|>4 $ Or $ |x|\le 3 $ and $ |x|<4 $
$ \Rightarrow $ $ |x|>4 $ or $ |x|\le 3 $
$ \Rightarrow $ $ (-\infty ,-4)\cup [-3,3]\cup (4,\infty ) $
