Solution:

Now, we know that $( A / B )= A -( A \cap B )$
Also, $( B / A )= B -( B \cap A )$
Thus, we get from the above expressions that,
$( A / B ) \cup( B / A )= A -( A \cap B ) \cup B -( B \cap A )$
Therefore, $( AB ) \cup( B / A )= A \cup B -( A \cap B )$
Or, $( A / B ) \cup( B / A )=( A \cup B ) /( A \cap B )$
