Solution:

If the sequence of nitrogen bases in a portion of a coding segment of DNA is AAT GCT TAG GCA, the sequence of nitrogen bases in the transcribed mRNA will be the same as the coding strand with a small modification of U present in place of T, i.e. AAU GCU UAG GCA.
