Solution:

The renal fluid filtrate is isotonic to blood plasma in proximal convoluted tubule and distal convoluted tubule. The filtrate is hypertonic to blood plasma in descending limb of loop of Henle and hypotonic to blood plasma in ascending limb of loop of Henle. Renal fluid is hypertonic to blood plasma and isotonic to medullary fluid in collecting duct.
