Solution:

Using the formula $ {{\mu }_{prism}}=\frac{{{\mu }_{liquid}}}{{{\mu }_{prism}}}=\frac{1.32}{1.56}=\frac{11}{13} $ ??(i) Now, the condition for the total internal reflection, occurs when $ \sin \theta \ge \mu $ So, $ \sin \theta \ge \frac{11}{13} $
