$\because \frac{r_{ H }}{r_{ He }} =\sqrt{\frac{M_{ He }}{M_{ H }}}$
$=\sqrt{\frac{4}{2}}=\sqrt{2}=1.4$
$\therefore r_{ H }: r_{ He } =1.4: 1$
