Radius of a nucleus $R=R_{0} A^{\frac{1}{3}}\left[R_{0} \rightarrow\right.$ constant $]$
So, $\frac{R_{1}}{R_{2}}=\left(\frac{27}{64}\right)^{\frac{1}{3}} \frac{R_{1}}{R_{2}}=\frac{3}{4}$
