Approximate resistance of $p-n$ junction in forward bias,
$R_{f}=10^{2}\Omega$
Approximate resistance of $p-n$ junction in reverse bias,
$R_{r}=10^{6}\Omega$
$\therefore \frac{R_{f}}{R_{r}} =\frac{10^{2}}{10^{6}}=\frac{10^{-4}}{1}$
$\Rightarrow R_{f}: R_{r} =10^{-4}: 1$
