Solution:

$K_{p} =K_{c} \left(RT\right)^{\Delta n_{g}}$
For the reaction
$CO \left(g\right)+\frac{1}{2} O_{2} \left(g\right) {\leftrightharpoons} \, CO_{2} \left(g\right)$
$\Delta n_{g} =1-\left(1+\frac{1}{2}\right)=-\frac{1}{2}$
$\therefore K_{p} =\frac{K_{C}}{\sqrt{RT}}; \, \quad\frac{K_{p}}{K_{C}}=\frac{1}{\sqrt{RT}}$
