We have,
Pressure $=\frac{\text { Force }}{\text { Area }}=\frac{F}{L^{2}}$
$\therefore \frac{\Delta p}{p}=\frac{\Delta F}{F}+\frac{2 \Delta L}{L}$
$=4 \%+2(2 \%)=8 \%$
