For a charged conducting sphere [or shell of charge at surface (r = R)] $ {{V}_{s}}=\frac{1}{4\pi {{\varepsilon }_{0}}}\frac{Q}{R} $ Inside the shell the potential remains constant at all points and equal to potential at the surface $ {{V}_{in}}=constant={{V}_{s}} $ $ \therefore $ $ {{V}_{in}}=1000V $
