$A$ starts at $t=0$ while B at $t=t_{0}$
So $A$ starts early
option (ii) is also correct
For average velocity to be same, the slope of both line should be the same which is not the case so (iii) is wrong.
We can clearly see at the point of intersection of two graph (ii) overtakes (i) so (iv) is also correct.
