Solution:

$\phi=B A \cos \theta$, where $\theta$ is the angle between area and field $e=\frac{-d \phi}{d t}=-B A \sin \theta . \frac{d \theta}{d t}$
$=B A\left(\frac{d \theta}{d t}\right) \cos (90+\theta)$
Here, phase difference $=90^{\circ}$.
