Solution:

[H+] [OH -] = 10-14
Concentration of OH - i.e. [OH- ] in 0.1 M NaOH solution, [OH - ] = 10-1 M
$\Rightarrow \left[H^{+}\right]=\frac{10^{-14}}{10^{-1}}=10^{-13}$
$\Rightarrow pH=-log\left[H^{+}\right]=13$
