Let the oxidation state of P-atom in $POCl_{3} , H_{2}PO_{3}$ and $H_{4}P_{2}O_{6}$ be $x$.
$(i) POCI_{3}$
$x + 1 (-2) + 3(-l) = 0$
$x - 2 - 3 = 0$
$x = + 5$
$(ii) H_{2}PO_{3}$
$2(1) + x + 3(-2) = 0$
$2 + x - 6 = 0$
$x = + 4$
$(iii) H_{4}P_{2}O_{6}$
$4(1) + 2x + 6(-2) = 0$
$4 + 2x - 12 = 0$
$2x = 8$
$x = +4$
