$\Delta I _{ B }=(30-20)=10 \mu A$
$\Delta I _{ C }=(4.5-3) mA =1.5 mA$
$\beta_{ ac }=\frac{\Delta I _{ C }}{\Delta I _{ B }}=\frac{1.5 mA }{10 \mu A }=150$
$\beta_{ ac }=150$
