Solution:

The reactivity order of alkyl halide is $ R-I>R-Br>R-Cl>R-F $ This order is due to the bond dissociation enthalpy i.e. the energy required to cleave the $ C-X $ bond. Lesser the bond dissociation energy, more will be the reactivity of the haloalkanes.
