Solution:

In case of circular table, clockwise and anticlockwise arrangements are different, number of circular permutations of $n$ different things taken $r$ at a time
$= \frac{^nP_r}{r}$
$\therefore $ Required arrangements $= \frac{^{29}P_9}{9}$
