$\mathrm{v}_1(\mathrm{t})=\mathrm{n} \cdot\left(2 \pi \mathrm{r}_1\right)$
We know that $frequency=\frac{v e l o c i t y}{d i s t a n c e}$

$\frac{v_{1}}{2 \pi r_{1}}=\frac{2.18 \times 10^{6}}{2 \pi \times 0.529 \times 10^{- 10}}$
$=6.57\times 10^{15}$
