Solution:

Applying $PV = nRT$,
$P =1 \,atm , V =0.224\, L , R =0.821 \,L \,atm K ^{-1} mol ^{-1}$
$T =273 \,K$
$n=\frac{1 \times 0.224}{0.0821 \times 273}=0.01$
