Solution:

Volume strength $=11.2\times $ Molarity of aq. $H_{2}O_{2}$ solution
$=11.2\times \frac{N o r m a l i t y o f a q . H_{2} O_{2} s o l u t i o n}{2}$
So $30=11.2\times \frac{N}{2}$
or $N=\frac{2 \times 30}{11 .2}=5.36N$
