$\frac{ d \rho}{\rho}=-\frac{ d V }{ V }$
$k =-\frac{ P }{\frac{ d V }{ V }}$
$-\frac{ d V }{ V }=\frac{ P }{ k }$
$\frac{ d \rho}{\rho}=\frac{ P }{ k } \Rightarrow d \rho=\frac{\rho P }{ k }$
