Acetylcholineis the euro transmitter produced at a large number of synapse, which include preganglionic nerve endings of both sympathetic and parasympathetic system and postganglionic nerve endings of parasympathetic fibres. Besides these it is the neurotransmitter released at neuromuscular junctions.
