Then, the given statement is disjunction $p \vee q$.
Here, $\sim p: 7$ is not greater than 4 .
and $\sim q: 6$ is not less than 7 .
$\therefore \sim(p \vee q): 7$ is not greater than 4 and 6 is not less than 7.
