Solution:

$\alpha=\frac{\wedge_{ C }}{\wedge^{\infty}}=\frac{5.8}{390} \cong 15 \times 10^{-3}$
$\left[ H ^{+}\right]= C \alpha=0.1 \times 15 \times 10^{-3}=15 \times 10^{-4}$
