Solution:

$100\, gm \,soln \to 63 gm HNO_{3}$
$\frac{100}{1.4} mL \to1 mole HNO_{3}$
$Molarity=\frac{1}{\frac{100}{1.4}\times\frac{1}{1000}}=14 M$
