Solution:

Two chromatids are jointed through a non-staining region known as centromere. During cell division, the spindle fibres remain attached to this region. Centromere plays an important role in the chromosomal movement during cell division.
Duplication of DNA or formation of DNA takes place on DNA template RNA formation also take place on DNA tamplate.
