Energy will be maximum, when current is maximum. Energy will be minimum, when current is minimum.
$\Rightarrow \frac{T}{4}=5 \times 10^{-3} s ; T=20 \times 10^{-3} s$
$v =\frac{1}{T}=\frac{1}{\left(20 \times 10^{-3} s \right)}=50 Hz .$
