Solution:

Given, $x=a y^{2}+b y+c$
$\Rightarrow \left(y+\frac{b}{2 a}\right)^{2}=\frac{1}{a}\left(x+\frac{b^{2}-4 a c}{4 a}\right)$
Latus rectum $=\frac{1}{a}$
