$=\frac{d P}{-(d V / V)}=-V \frac{d P}{d V}$
$\left(\frac{d P}{d V}\right)_{\text {is }}=\left(-\frac{P}{V}\right)$
$\Rightarrow B=(-V)\left(\frac{-P}{V}\right)=P$
